  • To be guaranteed a position, registration forms must be received before April 15, 2010

  • Registration may be done via e-mail or Post

  • Please make cheque for $650.00 payable to “Father and Three Sons Golf Classic”

  • Cheques must be received by April 15th

  • If participating in the Thursday Afternoon Family Scramble, please indicate on the Registration (the check-box provided) and consider making the voluntary $25/family contribution towards the Scramble prize (collected on day of the event)
